| The 2008 maintenance weekends for the Tele Atlas Data Center where Geocode.com and EZ-Locate services are hosted are below.
It is not yet known if the maintenance being performed on these weekends will affect Geocode.com or the EZ-Locate services. We plan to send email notification to active customers if we get confirmation that Geocode.com or EZ-Locate services will be affected.
Tele Atlas 2008 Maintenance Weekends: Maintenance will begin at 7:00 am on that Saturday and will be completed by 4:00 pm on Sunday. |

| The EZ-Locate migration has been successfully completed.
As per our emails over the last several months, the legacy server at ezlocate.na.teleatlas.com has been decommissioned. The v1.xx protocol used by the legacy C sample source code (a.k.a. "rie") and the pre v2.xx Windows Client is no longer being supported. Ports 7173 and 7177 will be unresponsive. If you have not already done so, please visit our download page to retrieve the most current versions of the client (v2.47) and SDK (v2.7). Your requests should now be directed to mmezl.teleatlas.com Please feel free to contact our Customer Support team if you’re having any difficulty. |
